What should I wear for my massage?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You'll be properly draped throughout, and only the area being treated will be exposed. Your dignity and privacy are our priority.
Should I eat before my massage?
Avoid a heavy meal at least one hour before. A light snack is fine. This helps your body relax fully during the session.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please inform us beforehand. This allows your therapist to adapt the treatment for your comfort and safety.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
What is your cancellation policy?
