- Booking requests — the name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, chosen treatment and any notes you enter in the booking form.
- Enquiries — the name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message you send through the contact form.
- Newsletter — the email address you provide if you choose to subscribe.
- Accounts — if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) from Google.
- Technical data — our servers automatically record standard log information such as IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To confirm, schedule and deliver your appointment.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To send occasional wellness and offer emails, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep your account secure and to operate the website.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Where required, we process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a booking or subscribe), to perform a service you have requested, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers), and where we are required to by law. These providers only process your information on our instructions.
Cookies
