1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Aman Therapeutic website and the home massage services you book through it. By requesting a booking or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
Aman Therapeutic provides professional massage therapy in your home, hotel room or office, anywhere in Dubai. Treatment descriptions, durations and prices shown on this website are provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time.
3. Bookings and appointments
- A booking request submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
- We aim to confirm availability within one hour, and same-day appointments are available subject to therapist availability.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and a safe, suitable space for the session.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The price for your chosen treatment is confirmed when we contact you to arrange your appointment. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made directly to your therapist at the time of your session.
5. Cancellations and changes

6. Health and safety
- Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and general well-being and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions or pregnancy before your session, so we can adapt or advise.
- If you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, please consult a qualified health professional first.
7. Conduct and boundaries
We provide professional, non-medical therapeutic massage. Both our therapists and our clients are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to end a session and to decline or refuse service where a request is inappropriate, unsafe or outside the scope of professional massage therapy.
8. Liability
We take care in delivering our services. To the extent permitted by law, Aman Therapeutic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to Aman Therapeutic and may not be copied or reused without permission. See our Copyright page for details.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
