It works on what pregnancy and birth leave behind — a lower back that is still recalibrating, shoulders and neck tight from feeding and carrying, and the general fatigue that comes with a newborn.
Sessions are gentle and adapted to how you feel, whether you delivered naturally or by caesarean. Because it is delivered at home, you do not have to organise a trip out, and it can be arranged around your baby's routine.

What if I had a caesarean?
We wait until you have your doctor's clearance, usually at six to eight weeks, and then work gently around the scar area. Tell us at booking so we can plan a suitable session.
